Tomkins Commercial & Industrial Builders may need to conduct both prior to, or during your employment, check with third parties including; criminal history, workcover claims and personal work references.

POLICE CHECKS

Some of Tomkins Commercial & Industrial Builders' clients and/or potential clients may require a criminal history check prior to being able to commence work on their sites or projects.  Pre-employment checks include a police check conducted via a third party. 

MEDICAL INFORMATION

In accordance with the S571B of the Workers Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 you are required to disclose any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions you have that may be aggravated by performing the duties the subject of the employment. Should you have a pre-existing injury or medical condition and make a false or misleading disclosure regarding the injury or medical condition, you, or any other claimant, will not be entitled to compensation, or to seek damages for any event that aggravates the pre-existing injury or medical condition.
